Fred Stow

Mr. Stow is an experienced business executive with over 25 years of corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial achievements. At age 22 he began his career by starting his own company, providing land services to the upstream oil and gas industry. He continued his energy industry career as a manager at ExxonMobil Corporation as well as several senior positions with three management consulting firms including Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Mr. Stow has worked extensively in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. He is also Co-Founder and Director of The Graduate Business Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster leadership and innovation in graduate business education.

He received his undergraduate business degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA from The Darden Business School at The University of Virginia.

Vince DeChellis

Mr. DeChellis is an accomplished pharmaceutical marketer and health information technology professional, providing value to companies in the life sciences arena. He is experienced in a wide range of industry initiatives and is recognized as a strategic thinker.

As principal of NHHS Healthcare Consulting, Mr. DeChellis has worked in a number of areas including: health information technology (HIT), patient adherence, interactive marketing, medical education and disease management. His experience spans a wide range of pharmaceutical management positions including marketing, managed care, field/trade sales, life cycle management, medical education and e-Business.

Mr. DeChellis is dedicated to developing real-time business strategies and online initiatives that enhance education, patient connectivity and improved healthcare within the consumer and healthcare professional communities. His work spans numerous therapeutic areas with clients that include manufacturers, nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, healthcare providers, and HIT vendors.

Stefan Kreuzer, MD

As a Board-Certified and Fellowship-Trained Joint Replacement Surgeon, Dr. Kreuzer has pioneered the development in Minimally Invasive and Computer Assisted hip and knee replacement surgery. He is actively involved in training and has been invited to lecture and demonstrate his surgical techniques for surgeons throughout the United States, Asia and Europe. Dr. Kreuzer is currently on multiple design teams for the development of the next generation of knee and hip implants, and has devoted his career to improving the quality of life for the patient in need of joint replacement surgery.

He also serves on several medical advisory boards, is the Director of Education for the anterior hip collaborative, and is one of five board members of DASH (Direct Anterior Society of the Hip).

A native of Switzerland, Dr. Kreuzer moved to the United States in 1983. He graduated from medical school at the University of Texas in San Antonio in 1995, and went to Galveston for his orthopedic residency. He then completed a Fellowship in Adult Joint Reconstruction at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 2001 where he focused on hip and knee replacement, and joint replacement revision surgery.

Kenneth Helmer, MD

Dr. Helmer is a Trauma/Acute Care Surgeon who is Board-Certified by the American College of Surgeons in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. He spent three years in a Surgical Research Fellowship at the Trauma Research Center of The University of Texas Houston Medical School, where he later was an Assistant Professor of Surgery and actively involved in the training of medical students and surgery residents.

Dr. Helmer served as a K-12 Scholar at UT-Houston Medical School through the Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences. He has spent over 9 years actively participating in academic surgical research, and has been an industry thought leader at numerous national surgical meetings. His research interests have centered on gastric physiology, inflammation, and traumatic injury.

Rob Nauman

Mr. Nauman is an experienced pharmaceutical executive recognized by the industry for his ability to solve key business issues while creating organizational change that maximizes revenues and minimizes costs. His unique talents in commercializing new products, managing key opinion leaders, and directing sales and marketing are supported by his strengths: he is a team player, leads by example, and follows through on every detail. He is a leader of change recognized by management, customers and many of his peers. He accomplishes this though decisive decision-making and gaining consensus among his key stakeholders.

Mr. Nauman's expertise stems from 19 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. In his most recent position as Director, Global eBusiness he lead a global initiative to define, design, develop, deliver, and demonstrate the value of a company wide portal that managed the most influential customers of GlaxoSmithKline. This initiative along with his previous role as Director, US Key Opinion Leader development changed the way GSK managed its most important customers.
